Haimei International (Suzhou) Intelligent Research and Development Community is invested and developed by Haimei (Suzhou) Industrial Park Development co., LTD. (a subsidiary of Haimei Investment Holdings Group). The scheme is a technology and innovation led industrial complex, with a total investment of 3 billion RMB, a gross land area of 202 mu (33 acres) and the planned gross floor area is circa 330,000 square meters. The project will be developed in four phases. Phase I takes up 48.8 mu (8 acres) of land, and the gross floor area when complete is about 599,650 sqm. The finished products of phase I include 6 high-standard factories and 2 R&D buildings. The total investment for development for Phase I is 240 million RMB (excluding the fixed assets investment from resident companies). At present, our marketing team has archived higher results than expected, with more than 90% of presale and advance booking targets reached, thus laying down a strong foundation for Phase II.

Our R&D community focus on cultivating and developing advanced semiconductors, integrated circuits, a new generation of information technology, high-end manufacturing, parts for intelligent vehicles, new material and other emerging industries, as well as high value-added services for manufacturers. Phase II plot size is 45 mu (7.4 acres). Plot ratio is 2.09. The planned gross floor area is 63,553.92 sqm. Net usable area is 57,650.64 sqm. Building density is 42.8%. Greening rate is 10.57%. Finished products will include 8 high-standard factories (419,000 sqm), 3 R&D buildings (173,000 sqm), 1 community centre (4,068 sqm) and ancillary facility (300 sqm).

According to the industrial community planning and design, the overall product planning for the garden type single-family research building, garden single-family enterprise headquarters, incubator, accelerator, small businesses single-family high standard multi-storey factory building, research and development of small high-rise building, small high-rise kechuang new commercial service center, business office buildings, such as production, information and service in the integration of kechuang service platform and a batch of high-end functionality.
